Ogontz is home to over 60 cabins and historic structures. Located just north of Franconia Notch in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, our spacious accommodations for 300+ people are perfect for your wedding or upcoming event.

Landmark Structures

Ogontz Hall

  • Ogontz hall is the grand hall of the property with sweeping views of Lake Ogontz. It is perfect for hosting your wedding or large event. The building was the vision of Ogontz owner Lynn Kent. It features a modified form of heavy timber framing, using the trees of Ogontz as its primary backbone for interior and exterior support.

  • At nearly 20,000 sq ft, Ogontz Hall currently seats 300 guests, with more seating to come.

The Boat House

  • The Boat House is a newly renovated experience center, with a massive balcony overlooking Lake Ogontz. Originally the arts center, now it features a full bedroom and bath above and houses all water craft below.

  • The outdoor balcony has a capacity of 95. The indoor space can host 95 and sleeps 2.

The Rehearsal Hall

  • The Rehearsal Hall was built to accommodate the music and performance of the original girls camp at Ogontz nearly 100 years ago. Today, the space is still used for arts groups as well as a myriad of party types such as country hoe downs, discos, karaoke, and whatever your imagination can envision.

  • The main floor of the Rehearsal Hall seats 150 people in theatre style seating.

The Post Office

  • Greet your guests at the iconic Post Office. This structure is the entry point for the entire camp, and a welcome center for your special event.

  • The Ogontz Post Office has 12 outdoor tables and the famous Green Chairs out back.

The Barn

  • The Summer Barn is one of the earliest initial expansion on the property. Originally designed as a horse stable, it is currently under historical renovation.

  • The barn consists of 16 stalls and an expansive gathering space upstairs, that will be completely modernized during the historic renovation.

The Bonfire Hut

  • The Bonfire Hut, is a versatile structure, perfect for morning mindfulness sessions, or used as a late night stage infant of the massive bonfire.

  • This structure has a capacity of 20, with outdoor space for hundreds.

Cottages & Cabins

Adirondack Cabins

  • These rustic and historic cabins are open air with screens around the entire cabin and privacy drapes that allow you to completely close off the interior of the cabin. Each cabin has electricity, lights, a dresser, and a few open closet spaces to store bags or hang clothes. In the current configuration, each cabin comes with 2 queens and 1 twin bed. Shared indoor latrines with toilets, sinks and showers are within 50 yards.

  • Each cabin sleeps 4 people.

Log Hall

  • This cabin has five separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is located farthest to the right as you enter the cabin. It has one double bed and there is a bathroom off of this bedroom. (Bathroom- toilet, sink, and tub) There is another bathroom in the cabin as well, in-between the master bedroom and the next bedroom. (Bathroom- Toilet, sink, tub and a shower in a separate, but connected room) There are two more bedrooms with one double bed each, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom off of the kitchen of Log Hall Proper with three single beds. Includes Snorers Cabin- This is a tiny little cabin with one double bed. This cabin is tucked away behind the large Log Hall building.

  • Log hall has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 people. There is lots of room to spread out and take in the panoramic views on the wrap around deck.

The Equestrian

  • These wonderful year-round cabin are a short walk from the property and are comprised of a north Cabin and a south Cabin connected through a small enclosed breezeway. Each Hall has one full bath with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is full sized with a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, stocked with all dinnerware, basic kitchen amenities, and a full size fridge. A small deck is just outside the living room.

  • Each side has 3 bedrooms and a loft with 4 twin beds, for a total occupancy of 13 guests per side.

Sutherland

  • This rustic historic cabin has 2 private bedrooms with attached full baths. One bedroom has a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms have separate entrances from the outside and each bedroom has a bathroom. This cabin features a full kitchen, private dining room, and large living room with a stone fireplace. It has a wrap around deck overlooking the beautiful Ogontz lake with a firepit just off the porch. This cabin was the original home for the founder of the original Ogontz White Mountain Camp Abby Sutherland.

  • This spacious cabin has 2 living areas, and can sleep 4. It is equipped with a massive living area, full kitchen and a piano.

The ABC’s

  • A series of three cabins, the A, B, and C buildings are equipped with fireplaces and accessible for all ages. These cabins can house four, and have a full bath nestled within them.

  • In current configuration, Cabins A, B & C each sleep 4.

The Troll House

  • This tucked away cabin is off the main road, but set away from the other cabins and located directly adjacent the stream running through the property. There is a double bed, a twin bed, and a living room. The shared latrines are a short walk up the hill from the cabin.

  • The Troll House sleeps 4 and features a beautiful private waterfall viewing area.

Activity Zones

The Courts

  • Ogontz has 4 incredible courts that are equipped with league standard lines for tennis and pickle ball. Forgot your paddle? Don’t worry about it, we have all the equipment, and more, tucked away in the tennis hut. The courts also feature 2 basketball hoops, and beautiful wrap around gardens.

The Trails

  • Ogontz is equipped with miles of hiking trails right on the property! Take a hike down to see the pigs, or check out the fall foliage, or even hike up the waterfalls. No matter your stamina or style, Ogontz has the perfect hike for you to explore.

The Fields

  • The fields are some of our most versatile spots on campus. They are the sacred space where many couples say “I do”, but they are also equipped with volleyball courts, a soccer field, swing sets, bocci ball, horseshoes, cornhole - you name it!

The Falls

  • With waterfalls flowing through the property, there is so much to explore! They are the perfect place rest and rejoice (and they give one heck of a back massage!)

    Take the cold plunge in the waterfall filled the natural floating pools, and warm up in the wood fired hot tub right beside.

The Waters

  • The best part of Ogontz is the lake. Our swimming hole is a short walk (or paddle) from the main campus and is equipped with everything you need to have fun! There is a floating dock and noodles and floats galore. It is the perfect place to swim, read a book, or fish, all while enjoying the beautiful mountain view.

The Charm

  • There is always something to do at Ogontz. We have hundreds of nooks and crannies to explore, you will find books, games, and history in every inch of our campus.
